We are glad to inform that in June 2011 the Fruit Juice Concentrate Factory in Potycz, located between Warka and Góra Kalwaria, has been acquired by APPOL from Agropol Sp. z o.o. This acquisition is the next stage of company development after the expansion of the Production Plant in Łąkta Górna and building a new Production Factory in Opole Lubelskie in 2006.
From this day forward, Appol can purchase fruit for processing even more efficiently, since we now have direct access to the so-called Grójec Resource Base. We are confident that this will facilitate cooperation with our suppliers as well as allow our customers to buy our products in a more optimal way.
We would like to assure you that Appol still remains a fully Polish company with private capital. By acquiring the factory in Potycz, we also became the largest Polish company in the business of manufacturing fruit juice concentrates. We hope to maintain our previous pace of development; we would also like to thank all of our contractors, who contributed to the present condition of our Company.
